1. About spott

spott (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online marketplace that connects athletes (“Athletes”) with professional pros (“Pros”) for personalised video spotting debriefs. By using spott you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use spott. By registering you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Pros must be approved by spott before their profiles are visible to Athletes.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed via Stripe. spott retains a 20% platform fee; the remaining 80% is paid to the Pro.
  • Orders are placed when payment is confirmed. If the Pro does not submit a debrief within 5 days the order is automatically refunded in full.
  • Athletes have 48 hours after delivery to raise a dispute. After this window the Pro receives their payout.

4. Content & Uploads

By uploading a video you grant spott a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of producing your spott. You retain ownership of your video. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Disputes & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered debrief you may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. spott’s admin team will review and may issue a full refund at their discretion. Decisions are final.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use spott to harass, impersonate, or defraud others; distribute spam or malware; or circumvent our payment system.

7. Intellectual Property

The spott name, logo, and platform design are the exclusive property of spott. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

spott is a marketplace facilitating connections between Athletes and Pros. We do not guarantee the quality of pro analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, spott’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using spott you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of spott after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
